§ 1 General

Your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, e-mail address, telephon number, bank account, credit card number) are only handled according to the German Datenschutzrecht (data privacy law). The following directions inform you about the kind, amount and purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal data. This data privacy statement is only valid on our websites. If you are forwarded to other websites by a link from our site than please refer to their data privacy statement.

§ 2 Automatic data collection

This anonymous data will be stored separately from your personal data and no bachtracking to a specific person is possibly. The data are collected for statistical reasons to optimise our website and offers. The data will be deleted after analysis.

Without your explicit acceptance or without legal foundation your personal data will not be released to thrid parties that are not involved in the implementation of the contract.

Due to the directions of appropriate public authorities we are allowed to release personal contract data in individual cases for one of the following purposes: criminal prosecution, danger prevention by the police; fulfilment of legal functions by the Verfassungsschutzbehörden des Bundes und der Länder, the Bundesnachrichtendienst or the Militärischer Abschirmdienst or to enforce a claim of interlectual property rights.

§ 4 Usage data

  1. Your personal data which are necessary use our offers and for payment are used for the implementation of the contract. The usage data consists of your identification, information about start, end and amount of usage as well as data about the use of tele services. We are allowed to forward usage data needed for accounting to other vendors and third parties. The usage data will be deleted after full payment. If the data can not be deleted because of legal, statutory or contractual retention periods it will be locked.
  2.
